Bluewater couldn't be easier to get to, being the hub of an extensive transport network, and offering 13 000 free parking spaces. Welcome Halls

Bluewater's Welcome Halls offer everything you will need to relax and prepare for your shopping experience. In the Halls you will find cash machines and coffee kiosks, telephones and toilets. They offer seating and lockers to help ensure your visit to Bluewater is a comfortable one. The Welcome Halls are the access points to the car parks and to help you find where you want to go they include our concierge desks. The concierge services include directions and transport information as well as bookings for restaurants and taxis. For your comfort the concierge desks offer a courtesy cloakroom and the hire of pushchairs and wheelchairs. For your peace of mind they also provide escort to your transport and a carry to car service.

Family and children

Bluewater understands that shopping with children can be difficult so we offer the following services to make your time with us so much more enjoyable. For shoppers with babies Bluewater provides baby care rooms, changing facilities, nappy vending, bottle warming and mothers' feeding area, as well as high chairs in dining areas designed with space for pushchairs. Crèche facilities are also available. For older children Bluewater has a kid's concierge desk and a weekend children's club. Hoyts Cinemas offer a children's party room and special children's cinema chairs and booster seats.

Transport

Guests who want to drive to Bluewater are well provided for with 13,000 free parking spaces, extra width bays and valet parking. We also offer bicycle parking and there are five taxi ranks.

An extensive public transport network makes Bluewater even more accessible - there are over 60 buses an hour and over 130 trains a day. You can take the train from Charing Cross or Waterloo rail stations to Green Hithe and a shuttle will take you to the mall. It will cost 6.50 pounds return and takes about 45 minutes to get there.

To make shopping enjoyable for our many guests with special needs Bluewater provides convenient parking spaces and reserved seating in dining areas. Bluewater offers wheelchair accessibility, shopmobility, a pathfinder guidance system, large print and braille maps, as well as personal guides. We also provide induction loops, text phones and hosts trained in sign language.
