Cycling in London

 

 The cheapest way to see London is by bike, providing you don't mind getting wet now and then! if you are here for over a week, it will make sense to buy a bike, you can get a reliable second hand mountain bike for 40 to 50 pounds in one of London Market or second hand shop, so you can use it for a week and then you sell to some body else, usually any second hand shop will buy from you for half price, that way you have used the bike for over a week for around 20 pounds, instead for renting one which can work out anything from 8 to 15 pounds a day. If you don't get some sort of lock with the bike, your bike will be stolen faster than saying ' Smile'.

If you are not used to cycling on the left hand side of the road, We will advice you to be extra careful.

When crossing the road walking, remember to look right first, if you are one of those geniuses who don't know right from left, then look both ways!
